We are actively hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Newton, AL.
Pay will range between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour and will work a Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm schedule.
Duties :
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Conduct data entry and maintain customer records
Manage hotel bookings and travel arrangements
Review quotes and POs and enter them into the system
Process accounts payable invoices and submit them for approval
Collect and validate payroll hour and per diem submissions
Requirements :
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong administrative skills
Must have extensive MS Excel experience
